Yurkins-White Builders is a first generation family owned construction company. Garrett Yurkins has managed to accumulate a great deal of construction knowledge, which he brings to bear in his role as owner of Yurkins-White Builders.

Garrett graduated Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. During and after college, Garrett worked with large commercial developers including two of the region’s leading General Contractors and one of Cape Cod’s leading residential builders.

Prior to college, Garrett grew up in Raynham, MA framing houses and doing high-end finish work throughout the South Shore, Boston and Cape Cod areas with his older brother Steven White who owned his own construction company.

In 2023 Garrett was nominated for a Best of the Best Builders Award at the 2023 BRICC (Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod).

Garrett obtains an unrestricted MA CSL (Unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License), HIC license (Home Improvement Contractors License), and is OSHA 30 Hour certified. Fully licensed & insured.

In his free time Garrett enjoys fishing, golf, snowboarding, cars, and motorcycles.
